We are pleased to announce the referral of Eliana Jou-jou Iris, born March 27, 2008.

And, for those of you who are counting: We officially received the referral on May 22nd, but had to wait to talk with the doctor from the International Adoption Center before we officially accepted it.
Big sigh. Phase 1 of waiting has ended. Now for the hard part... waiting until we get her in our arms (which should be around November / December-ish)!

She is an absolutely gorgeous little girl. I know that it seems like forever until you will be able to hold her, but you can at least drool over the pictures and videos - I don't know if that makes it better or worse!

My grandparents used to shave clean our heads during the few first months up to one year old. Housewives-tale (chinese style), but it is suppose to meant: baby will have lots of hair when they grow up.
