Beyond Embarassment

I think my tardiness in posting is way beyond the 'oops, I guess I haven't written in a while, have I?' point and on to full embarassment at being way too overloaded to think about blogging and now is just past embarassment.

On the good side, it has pointed out who my loyal readers are by those who have been nagging me that it's been over 5 MONTHS since last posting.  (Hi, Eve and Sarah and Chrissy.  Love you guys....)

Anyhoo, we continue to soldier on here.  Elli's vocabulary and understanding continue to improve every day, leading to hilarious commentary like:

H:  (picking blueberries at a local pick-your-own place)  Elli, you have to stop eating all the blueberries you pick.  Put some in your bucket so we can bring some home to Daddy.  Daddy loves blueberries and he will be sad if he doesn't get any!
E:  (reaches out and picks a berry, and pops it into her mouth)  Daddy gonna' be so sad....
